This coffee is an experiment with great results. It is Caturra varietal of medium-altitude very well ripe and dried fermented in cherry to be sundried at African beds. It is medium acidity with the intense flavor of cherries and blackberries, we could identify also tones of ripe apples and sweet molasses, it has balanced body as dark swiss cocoa and it produced great espressos (SCA Average pts 87)
